We would like to rent out our apartment at Austurvegur 7. It is the upper floor of the house, approximately 75 m².

Part of the ground floor is used by a craft market (which will be closed for most of the winter) and one room that we will use ourselves. We are planning to make a few trips from Seyðisfjörður, so we will not be staying there all the time. The apartment is very cosy, warm and comfortable to live in and it's fully equipped with everything you need.

The apartment has: -1 large bedroom with a balcony and closet -1 small bedroom -1 bathroom -A large living area with a living room, kitchen and dining area, including a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress.

We can rent out the entire apartment for a higher price or we can reduce the rent slightly and keep one small room for ourselves to store our belongings - this is something we can discuss and arrange. The apartment can be available for the entire winter or just part of it. We are flexible regarding the rental period.
